Registry Study for Radiation Therapy Outcomes

Purpose

The purpose of this research study is to collect and analyze information from patients being treated with various forms of radiation therapy.

Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Planned treatment with radiation therapy

- Ability to understand and sign IRB approved consent

Treatment with Radiation Therapy	Includes 16 different arms to capture patient data by disease site	Radiation: Proton Therapy, Photon Therapy, SRS, Brachytherapy Outcomes Tracking
